NW Labour MEPs react to Arts funding geographic unbalance

NW Labour MEPs react to the Culture, Media and Sport Select Committee's report, published on Wednesday 5 November 2014, saying there is a clear arts funding imbalance in favour of London at the expense of tax payers and lottery players in other parts of the country, which must be urgently rectified.
