Julie Questions Mogherini on West Bank Demolitions

Julie Raises Concerns Over Planned Settlement Expansion

Concerns are growing over an Israeli government plan for settlement expnasion in the strategic area of E2 south of Bethlehem. Such a move would put the viability of the two-state solution at grave risk, and threaten the long-term security of Israelis and Palestinians alike. Water Cooperation in the Middle-East

On March 3rd, Julie chaired a public seminar on 'Saving the Jordan River - Water, environmental protection and trust-building in the Middle East' organised by the Socialists & Democrats Group in the European Parliament. MEPs send an open letter to Israeli MKs on NGO Bill

Julie and fellow MEPs have joined an international calls on their Israeli colleagues to refrain from voting for legislation which limits or delegitimises civil society organisations. An open letter, signed by 50 MEPs, was sent this evening, ahead of a vote in the Israeli Knesset.     Continue reading
