The Open Dialogue Foundation, which promotes democracy and human rights in post-Soviet states, has been campaigning for the release of the "Kremlin Hostages", a group of 28 Ukrainian citizens illegally detained in Russia. Julie has decided to adopt and sponsor one of the prisoners, the filmmaker Oleg Sentsov.
