Dear Nazanin,

We are Labour Members of the European Parliament writing to you with a strong message of solidarity and support in the very difficult times you are facing. We would like to let you know that you are not alone, and that we are fighting to bring you back home. Many of us are parents and we understand the pain of separation between a mother and child, especially during the winter holiday season.

We will continue to use our platform and do what we can to speak out about your case, and to support campaigns like Amnesty International’s Write for Rights, and others, to raise your public profile and make sure that all channels are used to secure your release.

We send you our heartfelt greetings, and hope to see you home soon.
